Job Description
What You Will Accomplish
As a Marketing Coordinator, you will support the property's marketing strategies by maintaining brand activity across a broad range of sites and platforms. You will create engaging content that enhances awareness and positive perception of the resort, including the hotel, spa, and restaurants, to maximize revenue and profitability. Additionally, you will assist in digital marketing initiatives and website management to ensure consistent brand messaging.

• Maintain and update website content, ensuring all text, images, and information are accurate and up-to-date.
• Assist with email marketing campaigns for Hotel, Spa, and Food & Beverage outlets, including drafting copy, segmenting audiences, and building campaigns in the CRM tool.
• Support social media efforts including content creation, reporting, and copywriting.
• Assist with proactive and reactive media relations, press material development, and media tracking.
• Coordinate media stays and public relations events, setting up itineraries and managing logistics for on-site and off-site activities.
• Capture content and moments in real time for social media with approved messaging.
• Participate in monthly marketing meetings to review results and plan future initiatives.
• Implement creative marketing and publicity programs to increase brand awareness and support revenue goals.
• Collaborate with public relations and social media consultants and vendors.

What You Will Bring
• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field strongly preferred.
• Two or more years of experience in marketing communications or digital marketing, ideally within hospitality.
• Knowledge of social media marketing, analytics, and content management tools.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Adobe Creative Suite experience preferred.
• Strong writing, editing, and communication skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Understanding of local culture, events, and market competition.
Great If you have
• Experience with CRM tools for campaign management.
• Photography or videography skills for content creation.
• Experience coordinating media events and press visits.
