We’re looking for an Associate Product Manager who’s ready to merge AI innovation with a passion for learning. Reporting directly to the Chief Product Officer, you’ll help lead the next wave of AI writing tools, ones that empower teachers, engage students, and bring writing feedback to life.
What You’ll Do

• Collaborate with the Chief Product Officer - Partner to evolve our writing ecosystem and advance Vantage’s AI-powered learning vision.Impact: Shape the future of intelligent learning experiences, aligning product innovation with strategic company goals.
• Apply Generative AI Expertise - Bring your understanding of AI to real-world applications by integrating smart feedback, analytics, and adaptive learning.Impact: Enhance product intelligence, personalization, and learner engagement through cutting-edge AI capabilities.
• Drive Agile Workflow Management - Oversee backlog prioritization, sprint planning, scrums, and stakeholder sessions to ensure delivery excellence.Impact: Streamline development cycles, improve team velocity, and deliver high-impact releases on schedule.
• Collaborate Cross-Functionally - Work closely with engineers, designers, and educators to transform insights into powerful, user-centered learning features.Impact: Bridge technical and educational perspectives, ensuring innovative features that truly serve learners’ needs.
• Lead Communication Across Teams - Educate, present, and align stakeholders from concept through launch to maintain clarity and momentum.Impact: Foster transparency, alignment, and shared ownership across departments, minimizing friction and accelerating delivery.
• Create Engaging Support Materials - Develop compelling training content and resources for educators and internal teams. Impact: Empower users and teams with the knowledge to adopt, implement, and champion new learning tools effectively.
• Track and Optimize Through Data - Use analytics, user feedback, and research to identify what works and what doesn’t. Impact: Drive continuous product improvement and informed decision-making that elevates user satisfaction and learning outcomes.

What You Bring

• Master’s in Education, Product Management, or related field
• Hands-on experience managing Agile projects or products
• Knowledge of GenAI, NLP, or AI-driven learning tools
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills—you can make complex ideas simple and engaging
• Strong organizational and cross-functional collaboration abilities
• Passion for improving writing instruction through technology
• Teaching experience or an instructional design background is a big plus
