Dinsmore is seeking a Legal Administrative Assistant at our Philadelphia (Wayne), PA office to support multiple attorneys in the Business Restructuring practice group.
Responsibilities
• Reviewing and communicating docket to attorneys & paralegals
• Creating new files as needed
• Maintaining calendars
• Time entry
• Client billing
• Maintain positive contact with clients, attorneys, and staff
• Provide support functions requiring knowledge of format, procedure and specialized terminology relevant to the practice area
• Manage attorney/paralegal communications
• Preparation and processing of documents
• Maintain schedules and calendars of multiple attorneys/paralegals
• General administrative duties
Requirements
• 5+ years of legal administrative assistant experience
• Excellent technical and communication skills
• Ability to type 65 wpm
• Attention to detail with top notch proofreading skills
• Proven success as a positive team player as well as an independent worker
• Ability to multi-task and balance multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
• Highly motivated professional who is enthusiastic about the opportunity of learning a specialized practice area
• The successful candidate will be self-directed with advanced computer skills
