As a Senior Product Associate in Digital Utilities, you are trusted to deliver a critical platform enabling real-time sharing of customer and financial product data across the enterprise, bringing elevated customer experiences through data consistency. To be successful in this role, you will be a self-starter who is excited about powering extraordinary customer experiences. You'll collaborate across multiple systems and applications within Chase, and will work closely with engineers, architects, data scientists, other product owners, and business leaders.
Job Responsibilities
- Partners with the Product Manager to execute on key delivery tasks in alignment with the Product Roadmap
- Considers and plans for upstream and downstream implications of new product features on the overall product experience
- Writes the requirements, epics, and user stories to support product development and manages dependencies
- Act as a Technical & Customer Problem Solver – ask questions and define the problem from where our platform sits in the Chase ecosystem. Understand the technologies and approaches in use and those we should be using to drive our objectives
- Raises blockers and other impediments to the Product Manager
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- 3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area
- Proficient knowledge of the product development life cycle
- Experience in product life cycle activities including discovery and requirements definition
- Developing knowledge of data analytics and data literacy
