Role Title: EyeQ Compliance Support Co-Ordinator

Location: Wincanton EyeQ Vickery Way, Chilwell, Nottingham, NG9 6RY

      What will you be doing on placement?

Due to recent growth and our technology, we’re growing our control tower team and looking for you to join us as our EyeQ support and compliance coordinator. You will be apart of growing team working on the deployment and management of our digital marketplace. Enhancing and monitoring compliance standards, data input and cleansing, supporting our suppliers and customers. You will work closely with our internal and external stakeholders, to deploy and maintain Wincanton’s platforms and digitise workflows. 

 

Key Responsibilities;

• Systemic compliance support for external suppliers
• Tracking external supplier performance and supporting with improvements. 

• Data Entry.

• Supporting Internal and external debrief process.
• General transport back office administrative tasks. 
• Building relationships with External suppliers to support in their performance improvement. 
• Building great internal departmental relationships to support with the wider project roll out.

The placement will give an understanding of the technology we are rolling out to our external suppliers, planning subcontractors, tracking subcontractors performance and the back office process.
