How will you make an impact in this role?
The U.S. Consumer Services Team is responsible for our suite of consumer products, services, and experiences in the U.S., including our premium, cobrand, cash back, and lending portfolios, Membership Rewards, Global Travel & Lifestyle Services, the Centurion Lounge network, our Global Dining and Resy businesses, and best-in-class marketing programs across customer, prospect, and partner channels. The USCS team is focused on making membership an indisputable competitive advantage and helping each other become better leaders every day.
The Cobrand Partnership Marketing team supports this vision by driving acquisition growth and efficiency, while deepening Card Member engagement for our Delta, Hilton, Marriott and Financial Services portfolios.
The Manager Assistant, Strategy and Planning will play a critical role in supporting the VP of Partnership Marketing and the broader leadership team in a range of projects, while also contributing to overall business planning, team management and strategic development of the business. The role will be an integral part of the leadership team and will have the opportunity to work across a wide range of strategic, analytical and communications initiatives to help ensure our customer and business objectives are attained.

Key Responsibilities:
- Partner across the team to define, document and communicate strategic priorities and help shape the vision, strategy and roadmap
- Craft presentations for key business updates with senior leaders and internal/external partners to showcase key initiatives, channel performance and update on strategic priorities, with an emphasis on storytelling
- Streamline performance reporting and deliver actionable insights to leadership and partners, highlighting key drivers of business results
- Develop content and agendas for key internal and external meetings (e.g. team meetings, workshops, employee engagement events)
- Proactively identify opportunities to connect Cobrand Partnership Marketing team’s work with other USCS teams where business needs overlap
- Support the VP with management and administration of quarterly/annual processes (goal setting, scorecard management, year-end performance reviews, talent assessments, investment planning, and business planning)
- Own and manage team budgets, ensuring accuracy of reporting, correct utilization of funds, and raising and resolving any issues in coordination with business partners
- Build partnerships across the Blue Box and act as a key interface for business partners
- Understand the pulse of the team, assess the health of colleague engagement and development, propose recommendations to address key themes/top priorities and manage initiatives to optimize (including team events, rewards and recognition and more)
- Ensure effective flow of information and communications with the team
- Play a key role in driving the goals of the team, including oversight of key special projects and initiatives
Qualifications:
- Superior organization and planning skills are essential, detail oriented with ability to think “end-to-end”
- Strong sense of integrity with ability to handle sensitive issues and maintain complete confidentiality
- Excellent oral and written communication skills with proven ability to translate strategic thinking into effective presentations
- Strong analytical skills with proven ability to interpret performance data, generate actionable insights, and inform data-driven business strategies.
- Ability to prioritize, solve problems independently, escalate appropriately, manage tight deadlines, and handle changing priorities in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- Confidence and composure required to effectively communicate to senior leaders
- Highly collaborative with a demonstrated ability to partner and influence effectively across the organization; ability to develop and harness a strong network of colleagues to deliver results
- Strong strategic and intellectual capability combined with creative/innovative thinking
- Team player, comfortable working in “white space” and willing to take on incremental responsibilities
- Salary Range: $89,250.00 to $150,250.00 annually + bonus + benefits
