We’re looking for an energetic Business Development Representative to identify and qualify prospects for our digital signage solutions in the restaurant and retail markets. This is a high-impact role where you’ll be the first point of contact for potential clients, actively seeking out businesses that could benefit from our innovative display technology. You’ll combine research skills with sales acumen to build a robust pipeline of qualified leads, directly contributing to company expansion and success. Responsibilities
- Actively prospect and identify potential clients in the restaurant and retail sectors daily
- Conduct outbound calling campaigns to gauge interest in digital signage solutions
- Qualify leads and assess client needs for display technology and content services
- Schedule qualified appointments for senior sales representatives
- Research and build targeted prospect databases using various lead generation tools
- Follow up systematically on initial contacts and nurture prospect relationships
- Collaborate with marketing team on lead generation strategies and campaigns
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and provide regular pipeline reports
Requirements
- Proven experience with outbound calling and B2B lead qualification
- Comfortable making cold calls and engaging prospects in initial conversations
- Understanding of sales processes and lead qualification methodologies
- Ability to work effectively with CRM systems and sales databases
- Strong communication skills and professional phone presence
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently toward daily and monthly targets
- Interest in technology solutions and helping businesses grow through innovation
- Experience in restaurant or retail industry outreach preferred but not required
