Job Description: You’ll own the complete social media ecosystem for a growing personal brand, combining creative video editing with strategic social media management. This role offers the perfect blend of technical creativity and marketing strategy, where you’ll transform raw content into engaging videos and build a thriving online community. You’ll work independently while collaborating closely with the client to ensure her personality and style shine through every piece of content across YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram.

Responsibilities:

• Edit and produce one high-quality video per week that captures personality and style effectively
• Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategy across YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram
• Handle content distribution and cross-platform optimization for maximum reach
• Build and engage with online community through comments, responses, and interactions
• Convert social media engagement into measurable business results and monetary value
• Collaborate seamlessly between video editing and social media management functions
• Maintain consistent brand image and authentic voice across all platforms
• Provide data-driven insights and recommendations for content performance optimization
• Manage weekly content production and distribution cycles

Requirements:

• Proven video editing experience with portfolio demonstrating ability to capture personality and style 
• Social media management experience with track record of consistent, dedicated performance
• Data-driven approach with ability to analyze metrics and convert engagement into business results
• Portfolio showcasing previous social media management successes (APPLICANTS MUST SUBMIT PORTFOLIOS)
• Strong collaboration and teamwork skills
