• Maintain day-to-day client file organization and documentation

• Collaborate directly with experienced attorney on case priorities

Requirements

• Paralegal certification or equivalent legal experience
• Experience with civil litigation processes and legal document preparation
• Proficiency with cloud-based file management and digital systems
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for case management
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Excellent written communication for document drafting and editing
• Bonus if you have medical malpractice case experience
• It helps if you’re comfortable with template-based document creation
