Job Description
This is an exciting opportunity to be the welcoming voice that helps fitness enthusiasts take their first step toward achieving their health goals. You’ll work with warm leads who have already expressed interest in the fitness center, guiding them through their journey from initial inquiry to becoming active community members. This role combines meaningful customer service with sales support, allowing you to make a direct impact on people’s lives while contributing to a fast-growing business. You’ll be part of a dynamic team that values personal connection and community building, making every interaction count in helping prospects overcome obstacles and embrace their fitness potential.
Responsibilities
- Conduct friendly warm outreach calls to prospects who have submitted information through the company’s website or social media during prime calling windows (8am-10:30am, 12pm-2pm, 5pm-7:30pm EST)
- Have meaningful conversations with prospects about their fitness goals and current situation to understand how best to serve them
- Schedule first-class visits and no-sweat orientations for interested prospects, making the process seamless and welcoming
- Guide users through the mobile app registration process, providing patient support to ensure they can easily access services
- Maintain consistent follow-up through multiple touchpoints including calls, voicemails, and texts to nurture prospects through their decision-making process
- Utilize provided reference materials and proven workflows to deliver consistent, professional messaging
- Engage with existing members through birthday calls, milestone celebrations, and other retention-focused activities
- Support the member community by conducting nurturing conversations that strengthen relationships and encourage continued participation
Requirements
- Excellent verbal communication skills with a warm, friendly, and professional phone presence
- Ability to work flexible hours during designated calling windows across morning and midday
- Comfortable using technology and mobile applications to guide others through digital processes
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote environment while maintaining high productivity
- Previous experience in customer service, sales support, or similar client-facing roles preferred
- Bilingual Spanish speaking ability highly valued to serve diverse community members
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and dedicated quiet workspace for professional phone conversations
- Genuine interest in health, fitness, and helping others achieve their wellness goals
