Your Role

As a Managing Consultant in Supply Chain Planning Advisory Services, the candidate will lead high-impact strategic engagements, partnering with clients to transform and optimize their end-to-end supply chain planning capabilities.

In addition to having a successful track record within an established management consulting firm, the ideal candidate will possess:

  • Deep expertise in Operating Model Design, including the development of target operating models for complex organizations.
  • Demonstrated experience leading Cost Takeout initiatives, with a history of delivering measurable cost reductions across business units or functions.
  • Broad understanding of current industry dynamics and trends in organizational transformation, operational efficiency, digital transformation, and cost optimization.
  • Experience within the following capability areas:
  • o   Operating Model Assessment & Redesign
  • o   Organizational Model Assessment & Redesign
  • o   Cost Reduction Strategy & Execution
  • o   Business Case Development
  • o   Value Realization Management

The base salary range for the tagged location is $140,000 to $170,000 This role may be eligible for other compensation including variable compensation, bonus, or commission. Full time regular employees are eligible for paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), and any other benefits to eligible employees. Note: No amount of pay is considered to be wages or compensation until such amount is earned, vested, and determinable. The amount and availability of any bonus, commission, or any other form of compensation that are allocable to a particular employee remains in the Company's sole discretion unless and until paid and may be modified at the Company’s sole discretion, consistent with the law.
