Description
Operations Manager. The Operations Manager plans and directs aircraft operations and ensures policy and procedures are followed to achieve established goals and objectives.
What you will be responsible for:
- Track all maintenance programs, ensuring compliance with FAA regulations.
- Direct reports include Project Management team.
- Implement procedures contained in the Standard Operation Procedures Manual.
- Manage the aircraft inspection and maintenance program.
- Provide maintenance forecasting and budget schedules.
- Prepare and maintain aircraft status information and reports.
- Interface with FAA inspectors at the district office level on a regular basis.
- Prepare aircraft and standby for all aircraft launches.
- Standby for all aircraft arrivals at home base.
- Perform or arrange for the performance of required repairs between flights.
- Attend recurrent technical and regulatory training as assigned.
- All other duties as assigned.

- What you will need to be successful in this role:
Qualifications
- Must have a combination of management ability, leadership qualities, and be customer oriented.
- Must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
- Must have a high school diploma, undergraduate college degree preferred.
- Must have at least 15 years’ aircraft maintenance experience, with at least 10 years of experience in managing multiple aircraft maintenance programs and complex aircraft modifications.
- Must have at least 7 years of management experience.
- Must have FAA Airframe and Powerplant Licenses
- Must possess effective oral and written communication skills, including good public speaking abilities.

Compensation:
The anticipated salary range for this position is $91,690.03 to $114,354.98 annually. This range reflects the base salary for candidates who meet the requirements of the role, including experience, education, and location.
