What You’Ll Be Doing:
- Enhancing and growing a world-class customer success organization for Hardware-Assisted Verification (HAV) products.
- Developing and sustaining strong collaborations with the sales organization to jointly lead the fast-growing Hyperscaler and HPC business segments, successfully executing product campaigns.
- Understanding customers’ high-value problems and validation use cases and driving solutions and technical campaigns to address them.
- Devising and positioning solutions around customer needs and competitive landscapes to maximize Synopsys’ advantage.
- Influencing R&D roadmaps by identifying future market opportunities and customer requirements.
- Collaborating closely with business units and Synopsys leadership on strategic and business-critical issues.

What You’Ll Need:
- Minimum 15 years of experience in pre- and post-silicon validation and system/platform validation using FPGA and emulation technologies.
- Proven experience working with CSPs/OEMs to understand customer pain points and system/platform validation use cases.
- Demonstrated success in running customer enablement or customer engineering organizations.
- Exceptional customer interface, negotiation, communication, and planning skills.
- Strong background in building and managing large, high-performing teams and managing resources at scale.
- Experience with department budgeting, financial forecasting, and resource allocation at scale.
- Leadership experience with a proven track record of success in large enterprise customer engagements.
