We are looking for a Finance professional to join our larger finance team supporting the Workplace Operations organization. You will be responsible for using our extensive data sources to provide solutions to urgent business questions, financial / operational insight, and reporting. You will also be responsible for building tools that serve long-term needs. Your ability to develop relationships with stakeholders across the organization and strong analytical and communication skills will help you be successful in this role!
What’s the role? We are seeking an experienced Senior Financial Analyst to join our Workplace Operations Finance team. The CFO team provides critical financial advisory to the Workplace Operations, Real Estate and Supply Chain teams in support of the business. We are seeking a strong candidate with advanced financial modeling, proven business partner experience and the ability to deliver clear, executive-ready analysis / recommendations to senior leadership. We are evolving our Finance function and leveraging finance transformation and analytic tools to advance our output to our business partners. As a key member of this team, you will have the opportunity to drive change while delivering a unique blend of financial and operational analysis, financial modeling, reporting and senior management support for a fast-paced and pioneering technology-based financial services business. The ideal candidate thrives on driving process improvement and actively leading change inside a dynamic environment. 
We’ll trust you to:
  • Drive capital financial reporting, analysis, and planning for the Global Facilities Office organization
  • Build and maintain complex, dynamic models supporting capital projects, and operating forecasts
  • Transform, automate, and streamline core processes, such as purchase order (PO) approvals by simplifying commitments, PO creation, and 3-way invoice matching workflow
  • Apply macros and Power Query to automate data pulls, reconciliations, and reporting
  • Structure models to be scalable and easily auditable for review by leadership
  • Develop scenario modeling, capital ROI/NPV/IRR analysis, and data visualizations
  • Build relationships with key business contacts globally by working closely with regional stakeholders to inform and execute on deliverables
  • Lead development and preparation of presentations for business heads and senior financial management on a scheduled and ad-hoc basis

The ideal candidate should have: 5-7+ years of experience in financial analysis
  • BA/BS in Finance or related field
  • Advanced Excel skills including functions (INDEX-MATCH, SUMIFS, XLOOKUP, array formulas, dynamic tables)
  • Demonstrated experience driving finance transformation within mature corporate environments
  • Ability to identify problems, understand the root cause, make recommendations, and drive to a solution
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence outcomes of issues and projects
  • Experience carrying out complex work with autonomy and making decisions within scope of responsibilities
  • Team player who can work across multiple departments and levels within the company

We’d love to see:
  • Degree in a quantitative subject: Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics
  • Experience in financial services or a financial data provider industry a strong plus
  • Flexibility to work in an entrepreneurial and fast-moving environment
  • Familiarity with the Bloomberg terminal is useful but not required
  • Experience with Enterprise software applications (i.e. SAP) and data visualization applications (i.e. Tableau or Qlik)
  Salary Range = 110000 - 150000 USD Annually + Benefits + Bonus
The referenced salary range is based on the Company's good faith belief at the time of posting. Actual compensation may vary based on factors such as geographic location, work experience, market conditions, education/training and skill level.
