Work You’Ll Do

Learn and enhance application development and ServiceNow skills and abilities by joining our ServiceNow Training Cohort and obtaining your CSA (Certified System Administrator) certification on the job! We are seeking motivated practitioners to design, build, and optimize solutions on the ServiceNow platform, focusing on the implementation of workflow solution. This role requires innovative thinkers who can partner with clients and business consultants to deliver transformational solutions, participate in rapid sprint cycles, and drive results in a secure, client-centric environment. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Solution Development: Design and develop ServiceNow case management solutions through Service Portal configuration, form creation, workflow automation, and task generation to enable a seamless environment.
  • Client Partnership: Collaborate directly with clients and business process consultants to understand and define future-state business operations, creatively applying ServiceNow functionality to drive operational transformation.
  • Agile Delivery: Translate user stories into automated solutions by working in 2-week sprint cycles, maintaining a transformative and innovative approach at every step.
  • Collaboration & Learning: Engage with other ServiceNow business modelers, maintain up-to-date awareness of platform best practices and emerging features, and continuously build technical proficiency.
  • Systems Integration: Integrate ServiceNow with enterprise systems, including designing robust solutions for data push/pull via web services and APIs.
  • Value Delivery: Identify, quantify, and deliver measurable value to support transformation efforts through each stage of the project lifecycle.
  • Leadership & Quality Assurance: Provide hands-on leadership within sprint cycles to drive timely delivery, accuracy, and quality of key deliverables.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with process teams to guide and advance application development through development, review, and testing phases.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Computer Science, Mathematics, Information Systems/Technology, Data Analytics or similar technical field
  • TS/SCI with Polygraph Clearance required
  • Must be willing to go on-site in Chantilly or McLean up to 5 days a week. 
  • 5+ years of experience with software development or scripting
  • 5+ years of experience with process automation, workflow development, or business process improvement 
The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $119,00 to $198,400.
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
