Description
- Job Title: Project Planning Lead - Dreadnought
- Location: Barrow-in-Furness - On-site
- Salary: £47,271 + depending on experience
What You’Ll Be Doing:
- Provide day-to-day leadership to the Project Team
- Analyse data and reports to identify and communicate relevant information, presenting findings to peers and senior management
- Identify Risk, Quality and Scope management issues
- Manage the cost and quality of delivery for the Project
- Lead and chair the review of enablement of work packages for execution by the Operations organisation
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders
- Coach and develop members of the current team
- Act as Team Lead in times of Managers absence
Your Skills And Experiences:
Essential:
- Project management experience, particularly with reporting and presenting to key stakeholders
- Ability to manage stakeholders at all levels of seniority
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
Desirable:
- Recognised Project Management qualification e.g APM or Prince 2
- Experience using SAP and Teamcenter
- Experience managing a team
- Experience within a ship building environment
