About the role

Aceve is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Senior Partner Manager to drive business growth and strengthen our market presence across Europe. This role requires close collaboration across countries and cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency and effective go-to-market execution.

As our Senior Partner Manager, you will build and grow strategic relationships with both new and existing channel partners, integrators, and key account clients. You will own the full commercial lifecycle, from onboarding and enablement to performance reviews and contract renewals, ensuring partners are equipped and motivated to drive mutual growth. Additionally, you will nurture our current portfolio of partners, delivering best-in-class support and enabling them to expand their contribution to Aceve’s success.

The role is located in either Copenhagen or Stockholm.

What will you do?

  • Explore and develop strategic alliances with regional and pan-European systems integrators, IT Managed Services providers, accountants, unions, employee organizations, and similar partners to accelerate growth.
  • Manage the existing partner portfolio, including regular check-ins, performance reviews, and joint business planning sessions.
  • Develop strategic partnerships by identifying, recruiting, and onboarding new partners aligned with Aceve’s GTM strategy; negotiate agreements and set shared KPIs. Monitor the competitive landscape to ensure Aceve remains a partner-of-choice and proactively recommend ways to stimulate business growth to executive management
  • Own key account management, including business reviews, pipeline forecasts, renewals, and upsells for top-tier customers and alliances.
  • Enable, train, and educate partners in collaboration with Partner Enablement, Pre-Sales, and Professional Services teams.
  • Collaborate with Partner Operations to analyze partner performance and report on key metrics (revenue, deal velocity, win rates, NPS). Produce regular reports and recommend optimizations to territory assignments, incentive structures, and engagement models.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • 5+ years of experience in sales, indirect, or channel partnerships in B2B software, with a proven track record in negotiating and closing contracts.
  • Experience in construction, heavy machinery, and/or skilled trades, with an existing network of partners and industry experts is a strong plus.
  • Startup mindset: Thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment; adaptable, proactive, and willing to wear multiple hats.
  • Relationship & communication skills: Exceptional negotiator, presenter, and educator; fluent in English and Danish. You listen empathetically, build trust quickly, and adapt to stakeholder needs. Experienced in cross-cultural environments, connecting with people at all levels, internally and externally, and communicating expectations clearly.
  • Process-Oriented & Analytical: data-driven, experienced working with CRM and PRM systems and keeping top system data hygiene. Organized self-started, capable of designing scalable new initiatives.
  • Team player, collaborative nature, comfortable with travelling to partner or customers sites and industry events.
  • Education & Background: Master or Bachelor´s degree in Business, Engineering, Procurement, Marketing or related field.
