The Content Curator will be responsible for the administration, curation, and optimization of written content and media files across the enterprise content management platform, with a specific focus on commercial performance of those assets for hotel owners.
Your day to day
- Work with platform and tech support leads to contribute to policy and operations
- Assist in the end-to-end lifecycle management of media assets and copy
- Review content submissions, including approvals, rejections, routing, exceptions as needed
- Handle content enhancement requests or escalations
- Work with support teams to improve auto-responses and FAQs and reduce volume of L2 tickets
- Support the training of new and existing users and assist in developing training materials
- Maintain content standards and requirements for all media, text, and data and their uniform application across all hotel properties globally
- Enforce governance of data and file standards, ensuring compliance with established guidelines
- Optimize data associations and relationships for peak performance
- Perform quality control audits and manual corrections to submitted content when necessary
- Assist in managing access and permissions and handling exceptions or disputes
- Make recommendations to Platform Lead for improvements based on user feedback
- Provide support for special projects and requests from executive leadership as needed
- Maximize use of AI and machine learning within the existing tech stack
- Help marketers maximize their investment in images, videos, design, photography, graphics, and other rich media support
What we need from you
- 7+ years of direct experience leading teams in business affairs, studio management, operational excellence, or related systems
- Deep knowledge of modern media formats, and omni-channel media requirements
- Experience with metadata management
- Experience with fundamentals of project management
- Excellent verbal and presentation skills
- Knowledge of current tools and industry trends in content management, with an emphasis on e-comm and marcom applications (informational and transactional)
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Sharepoint, Doc360 and ServiceNow a plus
- Hospitality industry experience is a plus but not required
Location – Atlanta, GA; Our hybrid work structure is an expectation of three (3) days a week in office. This expectation may be adjusted to evolve with the changing needs of the business.
The salary range for this role is $46,226.00 to $87,000.00. This role is also eligible for bonus pay (as applicable). We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401K, and other benefits to employees.
