We are seeking an experienced Oracle Subscription Management & Depot Repair Consultant with a strong background in Oracle Cloud and EBS environments. This role will focus on managing subscription lifecycles and post-sales service processes, including repairs and logistics. The ideal candidate will have a techno-functional profile with implementation and support experience across these domains.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and support Oracle Subscription Management Cloud, including subscription creation, billing, renewals, amendments, and entitlements.
- Configure and support Oracle Depot Repair (EBS or Cloud) including service request creation, logistics, repair orders, and billing integration.
- Integrate Subscription and Depot Repair processes with Order Management, AR, and Inventory modules.
- Gather business requirements, write functional specifications, and work closely with technical teams for solution delivery.
- Design and build integrations and reports using Oracle tools (BI Publisher, FBDI, REST APIs).
- Provide support, troubleshoot issues, and implement enhancements for ongoing operations.
- Should be able to support multiple customers in 2:00 PM IST to 11:00 PM IST shift
Required Skills:
- 6+ years of experience in Oracle EBS/Cloud applications.
- 4+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle Subscription Management Cloud.
- 3–5 years of experience in Oracle Depot Repair (EBS or Cloud).
- Knowledge of Service Contracts, Installed Base, and Order-to-Cash processes.
Nice To Have:
- Knowledge of Oracle Service Logistics, Field Service, or CPQ.
- Oracle Cloud certification in Subscription Management or related areas.
- Experience with Oracle Fusion Order Management and AR.
