TC Civil Buyer

Responsible for all techno-commercial aspects for the award of Civil & Pipeline laying work for large water distribution & water treatment projects (like Dams, Canal, industrial civil works etc.)  

Identify & deploy resourceful Contractors according to the nature of work.

Negotiate best price points and finalize terms and conditions with vendors and subcontractors as per guidelines.

Oversee and manage the entire contracting process from receipt of requirement up to the award thereby ensuring timely finalization and within the internal cost estimates.

Coordinating with all stakeholders namely Project team, site construction team & Internal estimate team on all techno commercial issues.

Keep up to date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices to improve continuously.

Support Business development team for cost estimation of Civil works.

Qualification

B.E / B. Tech in Civil Engineering
