As a Business Program Manager, you will drive strategic initiatives that strengthen organizational alignment and accelerate decision-making. You’ll lead efforts to translate business priorities into actionable outcomes, foster stakeholder engagement, and maintain governance frameworks that support operational excellence.
In this role, you will: Coordinate CVP (Corporate Vice President) -level business product review feedback, align stakeholder expectations, and engage global audiences to deliver timely updates that advance business objectives. Translate core business priorities into actionable OKRs, enabling teams to define and execute business goals and KPIs (Key Performance Indicator) effectively. Develop and maintain governance frameworks that ensure compliance with organizational standards and streamline decision-making. Support rhythm-of-business activities that connect teams to purpose while enhancing transparency and accountability across the organization. Influence diverse audiences and drive clarity on strategic initiatives.
This role supports hybrid work, with flexibility to work from home part-time.

Responsibilities
- Contribute to program landscape analysis and business trend examination. Within minimal guidance, you’ll also identify opportunities to develop and improve programs, and work with others to define program strategy and create project plans.
- Work with cross-functional stakeholders to design programs from initiation to delivery. You’ll also support and contribute to the definition and tracking of success criteria and performance metrics.
- Contribute to the definition and execution of a landing and communication plan, beginning to maintain the rhythm of business during execution. You’ll also work with others to promote the program and gain buy-in from stakeholders, partners, and customers.
- As you help others oversee a portfolio of projects, you’ll receive minimal guidance on communicating the program status to stakeholders and holding them accountable to following the schedule. You’ll also collaborate with others working across teams to ensure program processes are executed efficiently.
- Independently collect and evaluate success metrics, while collaborating with others to conduct cost-benefit analyses and use other analytics to examine performance, derive value, and identify risk and opportunities. With minimal guidance, you’ll also begin to help influence and manage change in the organization.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations, Finance, or related field AND 4+ years experience in program management, process management, or process improvement

- 4+ years of experience applying analytical thinking and creative problem-solving in dynamic environments, with demonstrated ability to prioritize and adapt to evolving business needs.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience designing and executing employee engagement or morale programs across a large organization.
- Able to influence across diverse stakeholder groups.
- Familiarity with Microsoft business rhythms, including headcount planning, recognition programs, and intern experiences.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and drive clarity in ambiguous environments.
