As a Principal Technical Program Manager for client reliability and feedback actionability, you will lead cross org initiatives to build technical products to improve Teams client reliability and validate them through customer feedback. Building 0->1 scalable AI agentic solutions that improve actionability for entire organization will be the unique opportunity and key to drive feedback actionability together with reliability. To achieve this, the candidate needs to have deep knowledge and technical skills in these areas and the ability to collaborate with multiple teams, analyze data, manage deliverables, and make constant tradeoffs. The role combines business skills, technical expertise, leadership, data analysis, holistic thinking, operational excellence, and cross team collaboration. It's a key role to motivate the organization to build AI solutions together and reduce operational overhead.

Responsibilities
- Lead technical Product Management for agentic AI solutions from inception, focusing on productivity, metrics monitoring systems, and client log management.
- Demonstrate thought leadership and systems thinking through system design, technical architecture understanding, and influencing engineering decisions.
- Accountable for driving large-scale, cross-organizational programs (e.g., Teams Reliability), leveraging robust data analysis and insights.
- Forge strong partnerships with customer feedback teams, product feature teams, and external customers to ensure success and goal achievement.
- Define critical metrics and KPIs for program performance; track progress via dashboards, status communication, and low-code automation.
- Lead and actively participate in monthly LT forums; present program progress, risks, and dependencies; manage escalations effectively.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree AND 10+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development
- OR equivalent experience.
- 10+ years of related Product AND Program management experience. Track of records of building technical products with engineering partnership.
- Exceptional cross-group and interpersonal skills, with the ability to clearly articulate needs and requirements from a tenant perspective.
- Strong skillset in project management, leadership, dependency management, and cross-group collaboration, with a proven track record of managing complex projects involving multiple partners.
- Excellent written, verbal communication and presentation skills across all organizational levels, both technical and non-technical.
- OR equivalent experience.
- Bachelor's Degree AND 12+ years experience engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development
- OR equivalent experience.
- 8+ years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.
- Experience in building AI Products that focus on productivity improvements for different user persona.
- Innate curiosity and the ability to thrive in an ambiguous, fast-changing startup environment. Self-starters and innovators with a positive, collaborative attitude and a bias for action are encouraged to apply.

Technical Program Management IC5 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $139,900 - $274,800 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $188,000 - $304,200 per year.
