Your Role at KIK
The Stacker is responsible for manually stacking boxes onto pallets in a safe and efficient manner, following specified patterns to ensure product stability during storage and transport. This role works closely with the box machine, adds slip sheets when needed, inspects products for quality, wraps completed pallets, and maintains a clean and safe work area. The Stacker also supports production flow by resetting counters and adjusting stacking patterns when trained, and communicates with team members to meet daily targets.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Manually stacks boxes onto pallets in a safe, organized, and efficient manner according to specified stacking patterns.
- Ensures all products are stacked securely to prevent damage during storage or transport.
- Works in coordination with the box machine; palletizer responsibilities run concurrently with box production.
- Adds slip sheets between layers when required to maintain product stability.
- Starts and stops palletizing process as needed, including during pallet pickups.
- Resets counters and adjusts stacking patterns when properly trained and authorized.
- Inspects boxes for visible defects or labeling issues prior to stacking.
- Wraps completed pallets with stretch film when necessary.
- Maintains a clean, safe, and organized work area.
- Follows all safety guidelines and proper lifting techniques.
- Communicates with team members and supervisors to ensure continuous workflow and meet production targets.

- Working in non-temperature-controlled environment
- Possibility of working around high noise levels, depending on location.
- Constant interaction with a variety of chemicals and chemical products.
- Must be able to lift 45lbs.
- Must be able to work overtime where necessary.

We understand compensation is an important factor as you consider the next step in your career. This position has a base salary range of $17. The actual salary may vary based upon several factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills/experience, time in the role, business line, and geographic/office location.
