Pella Corporation is seeking a creative and driven Multimedia Intern to join our fast-paced marketing team. The ideal candidate will excel at managing multiple projects simultaneously and collaborating closely with the Design Manager, the 115 Creative Team, and internal stakeholders to bring clear, engaging content to market. This role requires a strong eye for design and a solid understanding of layout principles, typography, photography, motion design, and video editing. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office is preferred. Experience in video creation and developing digital assets for use across web, social media, and internal platforms is highly valued.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Creating and editing high-quality video content using Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, and/or DaVinci Resolve
- Designing and producing digital assets and visual content using Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator
- Developing multimedia materials for use across digital platforms, including web, social media, and internal communications
- Maintaining organized project files and workflows while managing multiple tasks under tight deadlines
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure creative output aligns with brand standards and strategic objectives

Preferred Qualifications: Experience with 3D modeling and animation using Cinema 4D, Blender, or Unreal Engine
Education And/Or Experience
Preferred education and/or experience includes current enrollment in a degree program with a focus on video production, multimedia design, digital media, or a closely related field.
Language Skills
Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
Mathematical Skills
Ability to assess and track budgets. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
Reasoning Ability
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
Computer Skills
Demonstrated proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and Premiere Pro. Experience with additional software such as DaVinci Resolve, Cinema 4D, Blender, and Unreal Engine is highly valued. Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and emerging AI tools is considered beneficial.
