  • LOCATION: Chicago, Illinois, (currently hybrid remote/in-office schedule)
  • SALARY RANGE: $44,770 - $59,400 (commensurate with experience)

Position Summary:

We are looking for a Program Coordinator to serve a critical role in coordinating and executing monitoring of partner agency performance. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and data analysis skills and manage various activities and responsibilities simultaneously. The Program Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring performance monitoring and technical assistance work is completed on time, produces high quality deliverables, and supports partner agencies in performance improvement.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate performance monitoring activities of partner agencies, including compliance monitoring and/or performance outcomes monitoring, by creating workplans, timelines, and schedules.
  • Assist All Chicago program staff as needed to develop or update performance metrics, reports, and data-driven performance management practices to support performance improvement of All Chicago programs.
  • Execute performance outcomes and/or compliance monitoring activities through data analysis, data visualization, file and document review, summarizing of insights, communication with program staff, and meeting technical assistance needs.
  • Identify technical assistance needs, data driven improvement focuses, and performance actions to recommend to All Chicago program staff for supporting agency and program improvement.
  • Collaborate with team members to create technical assistance and training resources that support agencies in improving performance outcomes and/or compliance, including understanding how data translates to outcomes, what contributes to compliance and performance outcomes, and correcting data errors.
  • Plan and facilitate meetings with internal program teams and partner agency staff as needed.
  • Raise challenges with Program Manager to support troubleshooting, as needed.
  • Responds to requests for information from partner agencies and community members seeking resources and assistance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in social work, Psychology, Social Justice or another related field is preferred. An equivalent combination of education and experience will also be considered.
  • Possessing 2-3 years of experience in the field(s) of homelessness service delivery and/or housing is strongly preferred.
  • Experience with HUD-funded programming, Coordinated Entry and/or the Homeless Management Information System (HMIS) is preferred.
  • Excellent skills with Microsoft Office products including but not limited to Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and manage changing priorities.
  • Ability to respond effectively to inquiries, complaints, or concerns, as presented by staff, consumers, service providers, and other stakeholders.
  • Strong skills in data analysis and visualization.
