Full Time
Would you like to be part of overseeing financial institutions and correspondent relationships at Lunar Bank concerning financial crime prevention? Do you find excitement in the chance to utilise your expertise in both ensuring operational excellence, while further developing and improving a new segment in Lunar?
At Lunar, we are democratizing the power of money and changing the way we all bank, pay, and invest. Since starting in Aarhus in 2015, we've grown rapidly and are now a major player in the Nordics, with offices in Copenhagen, Aarhus, and Stockholm 🚀
So, who are we? Are we a tech company or a bank? Well, we're both breaking free from the usual categories. Here, tech isn't just a cool add-on; it's the core of how we do things. With our own banking license, we go head-to-head with traditional banks. What sets us apart is the mix of tech and financial services, giving us the power to shake up a dusty industry that's ready for a change.
As we continue our journey to becoming the best everyday bank in the Nordics, we are looking for an FC Risk & Requirements Officer to handle varying operational tasks, while contributing to the development of the framework governing Lunar's approach to managing financial institutions and correspondent relationships so that we can ensure that essential procedures are defined and adhered to.
As our new FC Risk & Requirements Officer, you will be part of our Financial Crime Banking Services Risk & Requirements team, reporting to Tommy Callesen, Head of FC BaS Risk & Requirements. The team currently comprises 4 amazing individuals working in Aarhus and Copenhagen who are focused on risk management of financial institutions and correspondent relationships both in relation to setting requirements and handling operations with the segment within the broader Financial Crime Risk Management function, led by Henriette Wisborg Abildtrup, Vice President of Financial Crime Prevention (MLRO).
What will you do?
- Risk management of financial institutions and correspondent relationships from start to finish, including customer onboarding, monitoring, time-driven-reviews etc.
- Contribute to the development of the framework governing Lunar's approach to managing financial institutions and correspondent relationships
- Work in close collaboration with the Legal, Tech and commercial teams
- Become part of a small and capable team with cross functional responsibilities
