Description
The Sales Data Analyst is responsible for analyzing and interpreting complex sales data to deliver clear, data-driven insights that support strategic initiatives and improve sales performance and overall business outcomes across the Double E Group.
Responsibilities
- Gather, clean and analyze large sales datasets from various sources (CRM, ERP, market data).
- Develop and maintain dynamic sales dashboards and reports using tools like Salesforce.
- Conduct in-depth analysis on sales trends, pipeline performance, territory effectiveness, and customer behavior.
- Develop accurate sales forecasts and models to assist management with planning and goal setting.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance & Production teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and revenue growth.
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders, ensuring data insights are clearly understood and adopted
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science or a related quantitative field.
- 3+ years of experience in a Data Analyst or Sales Analyst role.
- Expert proficiency in SQL and/or Power BI for data extraction and manipulation.
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, complex formulas, modeling, etc.).
- Salesforce CRM experience is a plus
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex data to non-technical audiences.
- Must be a motivated self-starter and be able to work within a group as a team player.
