Job Summary:
This role sits at the intersection of project workflow, digital infrastructure, and content governance, ensuring that assets are easily accessible, brand-consistent, and effectively utilized across channels — including oversight of corporate social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities
- 1. Digital Asset Management (The Hub)
- 2. Corporate social media oversight
- 3. Creative and marketing operations
- Serve as the dedicated Product Owner for CooperSurgical’s DAM system.
- Define and communicate the product vision and roadmap to support business and brand needs.
- Lead system development, implementation, governance, and optimization to enhance efficiency and adoption.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure assets are accurate, current, and compliant.
- Develop and maintain metadata structures, taxonomy, and tagging for streamlined asset retrieval.
- Partner with stakeholders to continuously improve user experience and functionality of the DAM.
- Manage corporate social media channels, ensuring consistent brand voice, quality content, and alignment with overall marketing strategy.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to plan and schedule content calendars.
- Monitor performance metrics and drive optimizations in partnership with the digital growth and creative teams.
- Ensure social content is brand-approved, regulatory-compliant, and reflective of CooperSurgical’s mission and values.
- Support project intake, scoping, and allocation across the Integrated Marketing Services (IMS) portfolio.
- Help ensure all creative requests are well-defined, prioritized, and aligned with business goals.
- Support the creative job board and backlog, facilitating sprint planning and agile workflows.
- Balance workloads across internal teams and agency partners based on skillset, availability, and deadlines.
- Partner with growth marketing team, designers, and digital and events leads to maintain alignment between campaign calendars, creative priorities, and delivery timelines.
- Track progress, identify bottlenecks, and drive proactive solutions to keep work moving efficiently.
- Continuously identify gaps and recommend workflow enhancements to improve productivity and collaboration.
- Help keep track of freelance budgets
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Information Technology, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in operations, marketing project management, or digital asset management — ideally within a regulated or global environment (healthcare, pharma, medical device, etc.).
- Understanding of the creative development lifecycle (design, video, content, and digital).
- Hands-on experience managing DAM platforms a plus
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, timelines, and stakeholder expectations in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience managing or coordinating social media channels for a corporate brand a plus.
