Requirements
At Six South Street Hotel, we take pride in delivering excellence in guest care and comfort every single day. We’re currently seeking a friendly, organized, and service-oriented Front Desk Associate to be the welcoming face of our hotel. This position does require flexibility and is based upon hotel needs. The schedule may include nights, weekends, and holidays.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys helping others, and is committed to creating memorable guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures
- Manage reservations and process payments accurately
- Serve as the primary point of contact for guest inquiries and requests
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk area
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Provide helpful information about hotel amenities and local attractions
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and courteously to ensure satisfaction
Specific Job Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to walk/stand a total of 8 hours in a day.
- Must be able move about freely without assistance
- Must be able to carry up to 10lbs.
