  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software development, systems engineering, and HRIT stakeholders, to ensure cohesive system design and delivery.

  • Develop and execute system validation and verification plans, including testing and validation procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with system requirements, performance benchmarks, and security standards, and report deviations or issues to key stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related technical field (e.g., Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent).
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in systems engineering, including experience with hardware, software, and firmware components.
  • Strong understanding of systems engineering principles, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Experience with system integration, testing, validation, and documentation.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Preferred Requirements:

  • Experience supporting Department of Homeland Security (DHS) or U.S. Coast Guard programs.
  • Familiarity with C5I systems or large-scale enterprise integration efforts.
