- Administering Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA) and Zscaler Private Access (ZPA) environments, including configuration, rule management, SSL inspection, and platform updates.
- Firewalls, VPNs, VLANs, DMZs, SD-WAN, SASE, and remote access technologies.
- Designing secure network topologies, network segmentation (micro and macro), Zero Trust models, and data center architectures.
- Proven experience overseeing Zscaler ZIA and ZPA environments, including configuration, rule management, and performance optimization.
- Strong knowledge of IT/OT Network Segmentation, Zero Trust frameworks, and industry standards for network security architecture and governance.
- Relevant security certifications such as CISSP, CCNP, or CCIE (Security) preferred.
