About The Role

As an Agentic AI Engineer, you’ll design, ship, and operate production-grade AI agents that plan, reason, and collaborate through agent-to-agent (A2A) workflows. You’ll own the full lifecycle—from architecture and retrieval pipelines to tool integration, fine-tuning, evaluation, and safety hardening. This is a hands-on, high-impact role for someone who thrives at the intersection of cutting-edge AI and scalable engineering.

What You Will Do:

• Architect and deploy single- and multi-agent systems using modern frameworks (e.g., LangGraph, Google ADK, AutoGen)
• Build and operate Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers and clients for tool interoperability
• Design and optimize retrieval pipelines using RAG and GraphRAG
• Integrate vector and graph stores (e.g., Neo4j) for scalable memory and reasoning
• Fine-tune models via SFT, LoRA (PEFT), and DPO on open weights or provider APIs
• Implement robust evaluation, observability, and safety mechanisms (guardrails, policy enforcement)
• Deliver multi-agent collaboration systems with proven A2A patterns
• Ensure operational excellence through SLOs, cost/performance tuning, and incident response
• Engineer tool surfaces in Python (async, FastAPI) and TypeScript/Node
• Maintain secure CI/CD pipelines, containerized deployments (K8s), and secrets/auth management
• Stay ahead of the curve on agent standards, LLM capabilities, retrieval innovations, and eval methods

What You Bring:

• 5+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 2+ years focused on agentic systems
• Deep experience with agent orchestration frameworks and multi-agent systems
• Hands-on expertise with MCP and tool interoperability
• Proven delivery of production-grade RAG and GraphRAG pipelines
• Fluency in vector/graph databases and workflows (e.g., Neo4j)
• Strong background in model fine-tuning and alignment techniques
• Familiarity with safety engineering and injection defense strategies
• Commercial deployment experience with agent systems and operational metrics
• Full-stack engineering skills across Python, Node, CI/CD, and cloud-native infrastructure
• A growth mindset and passion for staying current in a fast-moving AI landscape
