• Required skills and experience
• Proven experience as a Database Administrator, preferably with a depth of experience in Oracle. 
• Strong knowledge of SQL, RMAN, and other Oracle utilities. 
• Experience with performance tuning, backup and recovery, and security management. 
• Familiarity with operating systems like Linux. 
• Experience with database clustering technologies like RAC is often preferred. 
• Good problem-solving skills and the ability to work both independently and with a team. 
• Experience in organizations that have a 24/7 reliance on their database is desirable.
