The Audit and Risk Analyst assists with the identification, analysis, and assessment of organizational risks across multiple domains. This position supports the Internal Audit Plan, Model Audit Rule testing, and Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) functions through accurate risk and control documentation. This role also assists in gathering and organizing information, conducting control testing under guidance, and helping maintain risk management processes. This position offers foundational experience in audit and risk activities, while supporting the organization’s risk management and compliance objectives.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Gain and apply company knowledge to risk and control projects, while developing ERM knowledge and skillsets.
- Participate in meetings to observe, gather information, and document relevant details.
- Synthesize information into required templates and formats according to project specifications.
- Assist with the maintenance and enhancement of risk and control documentation to support the Internal Audit plan, Model Audit Rule testing, Enterprise Risk Management functions, and others as necessary.
- Perform detailed control testing by gathering and analyzing evidence to identify control attributes and determine effectiveness.
- Collaborate with business partners across the organization to understand the risk and control landscape.
- Engage with relevant networking groups to establish connections and maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry best practices.

Education
Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, Statistics, Risk Management, Actuarial Sciences, Business Administration, or related field required.
Experience
Minimum of one (1) to three (3) years of relevant work experience preferred.
Certifications
The Following Certifications Are Preferred:
- Certified Internal Auditor (CIA)
- Certified Internal Systems Auditor (CISA)
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
- Risk Management Certification (Various)
Licenses
Valid Driver’s License required.
* Tower Hill currently operates in a hybrid work environment and may consider candidates located outside of our established office locations. We are presently open to hiring in the following states CT, FL, GA, IA, IN, KY, MI, MS, NC, OH, SC, TN, TX, UT, VA, WV.
Preferred work arrangement hybrid on-site, but remote candidates will be considered based on qualifications and experience.
