General Information

We are looking for a new colleague to work on defined HR system processes, handle incidents, and assist the Global Key User. You’ll participate in testing new features, maintain documentation, contribute to global projects, and manage internal communication pages to keep stakeholders informed. 

Your Key Responsibilities

• Ensuring and controlling defined support processes;
• Handles incidents and provides feedback;
• Acts as support for the Global Key User for assigned system/module;
• Participates in the testing sessions for new functionalities, updates or new systems;
• Creating or updating documentation;
• Participating in global projects;
• Community management, integrating the relevant information in the internal pages for the targeted stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Academic degree or student in Communication, Business Informatics, HR or any related field;
• Basic understanding of HR processes,cloud computing and software as a service;
• Very good communication skillsand high commitment to work and ability for teamwork;
• Structured, analytic, strategic and self-dependent way of working;
• Fluent English language skills written and spoken.
