For our market service, we are looking for a Market Service Intern (m/f/d) at our Bydgoszcz location on a temporary basis.

Your journey with us: What you’ll learn and do

• You’ll support experienced colleagues with handling and resolving payment discrepancies for Italian customers
• You’ll support for explaining payment difference for German customers
• You’ll participate in cross-training for order entry sessions

Your profile: What you bring and what we’ll help you build

• You hold a university degree as logistics, administration or similar
• You have strong communication and interpersonal skills
• You have strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling data
• You are fluent in English, knowledge of German and/or Italian is a plus
