Team-building is important to us, and we organize several social events throughout the year to connect with each other and relax outside of work. We foster communication and collaboration by holding monthly small group meetings to discuss changes, share ideas, and stay aligned. Our team is also actively involved in our community. We raise donations for local shelters, host an annual Trunk or Treat for our clients and patients, and proudly participate in the town’s Christmas parade.
