This warehouse fulfills orders for the Netherlands, Germany, Belgium, Italy, Spain and France and to power that growth, we’re expanding our People Team.As part of our wider Group People Team, we believe people grow businesses. Our mission is to create the environment, strategy, and tools that enable our teams to thrive, from unlocking leadership potential to shaping a culture that reflects who we are and where we’re going.

This is a broad, fast-paced role in a business that’s scaling quickly, ideal for someone who’s both strategic and operational, with the confidence to build from the ground up and the curiosity to continuously improve how we work.
