Job Description
We are currently seeking a Project Manager to join our Retail & Sales teams.
A day in the office looks like this:
- Managing all aspects of Retail projects, including development, process documentation, identifying workstreams, financial impact and tracking, and deliverable objectives.
- Playing a significant part in driving the evolution of the store and customer experience leading store projects, key rollouts and training of process and technology, and leading the way forward for Operational Excellence in our retail environment
- Driving collaboration and communication with team and cross functional partners to ensure dependencies are mapped, committed, tracked, and honored
- Maintaining relationships with Store teams to support their needs and act as their representative within projects and with cross functional partners.
- Acting as the point of escalation for risks, issues and obstacles raised by project teams
- Strong vendor management and act as liaison for internal teams
- Reviewing new and existing processes to identify areas to work more efficiently
- Ensuring that decisions are made at appropriate levels and shared with all stakeholders
- Understand and execute the vision of assigned projects and how they align to the overall business strategy.
- Influence stakeholders across divisions (without formal reporting lines).
- Contributes to in-person meetings and activities including collaborating with leadership through planning and/or participation.
- Organize and lead kick off and status meetings with various team members to ensure that project needs, and deadlines are being met, and send clear and concise recap of next steps.
- Drive effective communication and collaboration between stakeholders, departments, and all internal and external partners.
Qualifications

- Experience working both independently and in a team-oriented environment
- Bachelor's degree (4-year college degree or equivalent) preferred; equivalent experience acceptable
- Highly organized, with strong attention to detail
- Ability to excel under deadlines while maintaining a positive approach
- Ability to troubleshoot issues and prioritize projects accordingly
- Excellent customer-service skills
- Effective relationship-building skills; ability to cultivate strong partnerships and bring people together toward common goals
Additional Information
At Lakeshore, we pay local market wages for employees that reside within Los Angeles and Orange Counties.
For this position, new employees joining Lakeshore who live within Los Angeles and Orange Counties are typically brought into the organization at an annual salary between $70,000-$95,000 depending on relevant experience & skillset.
This range is indicative of projected hiring range. The annual base compensation will take into account each candidate's relevant experience, location, and skillset.
