Job Description

As a CRM Project Coordinator you will assist the CRM Project team in the tracking, planning and delivery of key projects which impact the marketing departments. The role requires strong collaboration with multiple stakeholders to ensure CRM’s requirements are considered and met in all relevant projects.

We are actively seeking a CRM Project Coordinator to assist with the coordination and delivery of project items across a wide range of business-led initiatives including but not restricted to marketing, product development and regulatory.

You will have a proactive approach, positive mind-set and be comfortable when working on multiple complex projects at the same time. The role requires a confident communicator and a strong negotiator who is able to identify risks or slippage points and forewarn of issues which will hinder CRM’s ability to perform as expected.

You will be able to source workable solutions for issues encountered, highlight gaps for improved ways of working and report progress to the CRM Project Manager in a clear and concise format. Scoping projects, testing, meeting deadlines and ensuring the CRM team is kept informed of delivery items are also key aspects of the role.

Qualifications

  • Experience working with Project Management tools (e.g. Jira, Monday.com, Microsoft planner) and agile methodology.
  • Good knowledge of CRM tools, systems, policies and procedures.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Strong attention to detail and multi-tasking skills, along with creativity, organisation, commitment and responsibility are essential.
  • Experience in conducting automated and manual testing on CRM systems (CDP, CEP, third party bonus tools) with some experience using Optimove, Braze or similar.
  • Able to work within a project delivery framework and quality gate acceptance processes.
  • Outstanding organisational, prioritisation and reporting skills.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to work with both technical and non-technical colleagues; identifying and communicating solutions in a clear and actionable manner.
  • A solution-finder with the ability to identify solutions, logically explain the benefits of each and make reasoned recommendations.
  • Comfortable with taking initiative to ensure project success.

Additional Information

  • Troubleshooting and problem solving before any plans are released to the customer; escalating risks and issues in a timely manner within existing risk frameworks.
  • Assessing test results, troubleshooting issues, speaking to internal and external stakeholders to establish technical solutions.
  • Tracking and presenting project progress and/or issues in a clear format to help support CRM’s ability to adapt to change.
  • Communicating progress and impact of changes to the CRM team and the wider Business.
  • Working with the CRM Project Manager on the CRM roadmap and priorities; ensuring it is aligned with the overall marketing strategy. 
  • Delivering projects which adhere to quality standards, regulation, compliance and brand guidelines.
  • Carrying out impact assessments and testing on new CRM opportunities or bug functionalities (e.g. bonus tools or mechanics), business proposals, regulatory changes and/or territory launches.
  • Liaising with third party suppliers across Sports and Gaming to ensure CRM initiatives are produced on time, within budget and to specification.
  • Using agile methodology to ensure CRM delivers what is expected on time and to standard.
  • Creating and maintaining comprehensive project documentation.
