Strategic Deployment Clinician /Therapist

What You’Ll Do

• Be the initial provider in newly contracted facilities, ensuring a smooth transition.
• Mentor and support clinicians through onboarding and orientation.
• Act as a “clinical troubleshooter” during urgent or complex scenarios.
• Collaborate with Business Development and Clinical Operations to deliver seamless, quality care.
• Provide coverage during PTO, LOA, or staffing changes.

What We’re Looking For

• We are seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor, (LCMHC) or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• At least 1 year of experience in Behavioral Health (long-term care preferred).
• Strong communication, adaptability, and independence.
• Willingness to travel up to 80% of the time.

Location: Regional travel (local + overnight). Schedule: Full-time, Exempt. Growth Path: Clinical ladder role with leadership development opportunities.
