Job Description
BryceTech has an immediate opening for an Executive Administrative Assistant to support the Space Systems Command MilComm & PNT (SSC/CG) Directorate with a broad range of acquisition capabilities to execute effective and responsive integrated program management of space-related research, development, production, operations and maintenance, and lifecycle acquisition activities. The SSC/CG Directorate is responsible for the planning, acquisition, and sustainment of space-enabled MilComm & PNT capabilities for National/Joint Force Operations. The Executive Administrative Assistant will provide the government, customer actionable information, advice, opinions, alternatives, analyses, evaluations, processes to eliminate waste, standardizing best practices, reducing cycle times/cost of doing business to optimize acquisition support to the SSC/CG directorate.
Qualifications
Requirements (I.E., Education, Experience):
- Associate degree required in related field
- 8+ years of demonstrated relevant experience
- Knowledge of military structure, terminology, and protocols
- Ability to work in fast paced environment with excellent oral and written communication skills
- Proven experience supporting senior leadership or executive-level staff
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Active Secret clearance
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred in related field
- 10+ years’ experience
- Experience with records management in accordance with federal regulations
- Proven ability to manage hardware assets
