Responsibilities

  • Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, leveraging innovative sourcing strategies to attract and engage top-tier talent
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers to define role requirements, create ideal candidate profiles, and manage daily recruitment activities
  • Evaluate candidates thoroughly, assessing their skills, qualifications, and alignment with company culture
  • Maintain detailed records and monitor progress within the ATS to ensure a transparent and efficient hiring process
  • Stay informed about industry trends, emerging tools, and best practices to continuously improve recruitment strategies

Requirements

  • 3+ years of proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment, particularly for non-technical roles
  • Strong capability to evaluate both technical skills and interpersonal/soft skills
  • Proficient in using recruitment platforms, sourcing techniques, and leveraging market insights
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills to collaborate effectively with hiring teams
  • Results-driven and accountable, consistently meeting hiring goals and deadlines while maintaining high quality standards
  • Flexible, growth-oriented, and proactive in addressing challenges as they arise
  • Highly organized with keen attention to detail, committed to delivering a positive candidate experience
  • Excellent written and spoken English skills
