Responsibilities
- Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, leveraging innovative sourcing strategies to attract and engage top-tier talent
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to define role requirements, create ideal candidate profiles, and manage daily recruitment activities
- Evaluate candidates thoroughly, assessing their skills, qualifications, and alignment with company culture
- Maintain detailed records and monitor progress within the ATS to ensure a transparent and efficient hiring process
- Stay informed about industry trends, emerging tools, and best practices to continuously improve recruitment strategies
Requirements
- 3+ years of proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment, particularly for non-technical roles
- Strong capability to evaluate both technical skills and interpersonal/soft skills
- Proficient in using recruitment platforms, sourcing techniques, and leveraging market insights
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills to collaborate effectively with hiring teams
- Results-driven and accountable, consistently meeting hiring goals and deadlines while maintaining high quality standards
- Flexible, growth-oriented, and proactive in addressing challenges as they arise
- Highly organized with keen attention to detail, committed to delivering a positive candidate experience
- Excellent written and spoken English skills
