SHADOW is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Project Manager with 6+ years of experience to lead project management efforts across creative, campaign, and production initiatives. In this role, you will drive timelines, manage budgets, and align stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, on scope, and at the highest quality. Your leadership, organization, and communication skills will be central to guiding teams and building trusted client relationships.
Responsibilities:
Project Leadership
- Lead project management for creative, campaign, and production initiatives, establishing timelines, trackers, and processes.
- Oversee project lifecycle from kick-off through delivery, delegating and mentoring project management support as needed.
Stakeholder & Client Management
- Partner with internal teams, vendors, and clients to define deliverables, goals, success measures, and resource requirements.
- Serve as the primary client point of contact, providing senior-level counsel and ensuring expectations are clearly set and managed.
- Lead kick-off calls, status meetings, and recaps to align stakeholders and track progress.
Scope, Budget & Timeline Oversight
- Manage scope, budgets, schedules, and quality requirements across projects.
- Create, monitor, and update project timelines, ensuring deliverables and deadlines are consistently met.
- Track project activities and provide regular status reports, including Hot Sheets and documentation.
Team Leadership & Collaboration
- Train, manage, and motivate project team members, fostering collaboration and proactively resolving conflicts.
- Collaborate with division leads to triage new and existing projects, estimate schedules, and forecast resource needs.
Quality Control & Delivery
- Review deliverables for accuracy and ensure on-time trafficking to clients.
- Act as liaison with media agencies and vendors, overseeing quality control throughout delivery.
Continuous Improvement
- Capture and document key learnings and insights, facilitating post-launch reviews with teams.
- Evaluate and implement project management best practices, tools, and workflows to improve efficiency and outcomes.
What You Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Proven experience leading complex projects in an agency or creative environment.
- Strong organizational, time management, and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust with clients and teams.
- Proficiency in project management platforms (e.g., Monday.com, Asana, Trello, Smartsheet).
- A minimum of 6+ years of experience, including at least 1 year of agency experience.
Annual Compensation
$90K - $130K (commensurate with experience)
