About the roleThrough implementation of Group wide risk practice standards, we are a part of Baltic and SEB Group wide CRO function. You will be a part of a professional team, functionally belonging to Group wide CRO function organization, closely cooperating with risk oversight colleagues in the risk organization within Baltic Life and Pension area as well as several other relevant stakeholders.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

• In the role of 2nd line of defense – independent identification, assessment, analysis and reporting of risks.
• Main focus on Market, Liquidity, Investment Management and Non-financial risks, however, also support for various tasks in other Risk areas
• Risk reporting to the management
• Contribute to the implementation of SEB Group’s and regulatory requirements
• Responsibility for risk oversight towards supervisory authorities

To Thrive In This Role We Believe You Have:

• Previous working experience in risk, finance, analysis in control area
• Good computer skills (Excel, PowerPoint)
• Basic knowledge and understanding of various financial instruments
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving skills, curiosity and passion about risks
• Ability to organize work independently, high accuracy and sense of responsibility
• Good communication and collaboration skills
• Good knowledge of English is required because daily work consists of Baltic-level projects
