Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and resourceful Marketing Coordinator to join our team. This is the perfect role for a marketing “jack-of-all-trades” who thrives in a fast-paced environment and loves variety. One day you’ll be coordinating campaigns, the next you’ll be shaping content, managing events, or streamlining team processes.

You’ll be the glue that keeps our marketing engine running smoothly, playing a vital supporting role in executing initiatives, maintaining operational excellence, and making sure our big ideas turn into powerful outcomes

  • Content Creation & Coordination
  • Draft and edit marketing content, including social media posts, blog articles, newsletters, product sheets, email campaigns, and internal communications.
  • Assist with the production of visual content in collaboration with design resources (e.g., infographics, presentations, event materials).
  • Administrative & Operational Support
  • Manage marketing calendars, schedules, and project tracking.
  • Coordinate marketing assets and maintain the digital asset library.
  • Support event logistics (e.g., tradeshows, webinars, conferences).
  • Assist with invoice processing, vendor coordination, and marketing budget tracking.
  • Strategic & Analytical Contributions
  • Collaborate with team leads to support the execution of marketing strategies.
  • Help monitor campaign performance and compile regular reports with actionable insights.
  • Conduct competitive research and assist with market and customer analysis.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Liaise with internal teams including Sales, Product, and Customer Success to align marketing efforts.
  • Support global marketing initiatives and contribute to the localization of content where needed.

Qualifications

Qualifications we're looking for. 

  • Experience: 
  • 1–4 years of experience in a marketing coordinator, or assistant role (B2B tech or retail technology experience a plus).
  • Skills: 
  • Familiarity with marketing tools such as Canva, Sprout Social, Salesforce, WordPress, Google Analytics, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar is a plus.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and an ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Abilities: 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to write clearly, concisely, and persuasively with special focus on content marketing, PR, and industry trends.
  • Basic understanding of SEO, email marketing, and social media best practices.
  • Proactive, resourceful, and collaborative – a true team player with a flexible, can-do attitude who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
