Senior Project Manager / Scrum Master - Data & Analytics (m/f/d)

We are looking for a

Senior Project Manager to support our Data & Analytics teams. 

(unlimited, fulltime) Join our team at our location in Berlin, Baden-Baden or Verl – hybrid working conditions available.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies: daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
• Drive continuous improvement through retrospectives and feedback sessions
• Guide cross-functional data teams to achieve their goals
• Interdisciplinary facilitation of international project teams comprising members from data functions (e.g., data engineering, data architecture, data science, DataOps/DevOps) and business functions (e.g., risk management, finance, tech, GRC, etc.)
• Plan and drive the project roadmap, including sub-projects, budgeting, resource requirements, and conduct project meetings, workshops, and follow-up activities
• Manage and steer suppliers involved in the projects (if any)
• Ensure project completion within the defined timelines, quality standards, and budget

Your Profile:

• 5 years of experience in project management and/or as a scrum master in data-driven projects
• Proven experience working with data functions: data engineering, data analysis, business intelligence, and data science
• Certified in project management and/or agile methodologies, SAFe certification and Kanban certification are a plus
• Industry expertise in fintech would be a big plus
• Proficient in Atlassian Confluence, Jira, MIRO and MS Office
• Structured and result-oriented way of working with a high degree of commitment and sense of ownership 
• Strong communication skills with very good presentation and moderation abilities (English required, German is a plus)
