SUMMARY OF POSITION
Technical Support Staff handles day-to-day Live Online operations and assures maximum satisfaction of our internal and external clients by managing their expectations in order to achieve the objective of creating long-staying, loyal customers.

Must be able to speak English and Japanese and can work weekdays - 8:30-20:30 JST, Weekends/National Holidays - 8:30-17:00 JST

  • ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Provides technical support to students and instructors across delivery platforms, troubleshoots sound, video, connectivity and minimum requirements (browser and operating system)
  • Provides on-demand technical checks to consumer and corporate clients
  • Monitors student attendance and contacts lesson participants, ensures instructor class attendance
  • Provides system access support to students and instructors
  • Verifies reported system issues and escalates to the appropriate owner

EDUCATION: College degree (preferred) or equivalent experience

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail
• Experience working with software applications
• Previous customer service experience desirable
• Proficiency in English and Japanese (N2)
• Salesforce.com experience desirable
