Who Are We Looking For?
As a Growth Marketer, you have a passion for performance, are obsessed with results, and are motivated by the pressure to deliver a qualified sales pipeline week-over-week as we work to achieve Pinwheel’s growth goals. The ideal candidate will be a Hubspot/Salesforce strategist, have a deep understanding of SaaS and B2B demand generation and sales pipeline operations, and will be able to independently design and lead multi-channel campaigns from concept to execution to measurement. This role is based in our NYC headquarters in Union Square where we are onsite 3 days a week.
What Will You Be Doing?
- Develop, own, and execute the overarching strategy for demand gen campaigns that span product content, customer announcements, case studies, webinars, white papers, and more to meet pipeline and revenue targets
- Lead campaign development end-to-end, from concept and planning, to development, production, launch and performance measurement
- Direct and optimize use of HubSpot and Salesforce systems; create repeatable, automated processes that drive predictable pipeline generation
- Create brand-aligned content driven by performance data across email, social and landing pages
- Create and maintain a dynamic weekly campaign calendar, incorporating learnings and funnel data to prioritize the highest-impact efforts, taking accountability for cross-functional team content collaboration deadlines
- Partner directly with SDRs and Account Executives on the demand gen campaigns running to set them up for success and build a closed-loop feedback system that accelerates lead quality and conversion, iterating over time
- Analyze, forecast, and report on campaign ROI and pipeline contribution; use insights to reallocate resources and inform strategy
- Represent demand generation performance in marketing and leadership forums, sharing key trends, wins and learnings to help the broader sales and marketing team set strategy and plan effectively
What Experience, Skills, And Qualifications Should You Have?
- 5+ years of progressive experience, including a proven track record of driving demand generation and pipeline growth in a B2B/SaaS hyper-growth technology environment
- Proven record of email channel marketing expertise spanning audience strategy, campaign strategy, creative strategy, Hubspot campaign execution, database management, deliverability, and performance optimization
- Deep experience in Hubspot operations and Salesforce integration; ability to design and scale systems for campaign management and optimization
- Ability to execute at a high level (directly & via others) with full accountability for hitting weekly and monthly pipeline metrics. Ability to own mistakes and learn from them
- Highly analytical and metrics-driven; comfort using data to drive decisions
- Mastery of performance facts and ability to communicate them clearly, thinking about performance constantly
- Collaborative; track record of delivering outsized results by partnering with others cross-functionally to drive continuous improvement
- Possess a high degree of accountability as well as comfort operating autonomously within a fast-paced, ambiguous environment

When creating an offer, we consider interview performance, candidate experience, external market competitiveness, and internal equity in thoughtfully assessing compensation. The expected cash salary range for this role is $125,000 - $147,000.
