This role is based in our Boulder Office.
Informa Markets’ Health & Nutrition portfolio is seeking an enthusiastic and driven Marketing Coordinator to join our Commercial Marketing team. This role offers the best of both worlds: solid guidance and mentorship from a team of experienced marketing colleagues and leaders, combined with the trust and flexibility to take ownership of projects and work independently.
As part of our team, you’ll help plan and execute marketing campaigns that drive exhibitor and media prospect engagement, brand visibility, and revenue growth across New Hope Network and SupplySide’s portfolio of events, digital media, and advertising solutions. You’ll collaborate closely with sales, sponsorship, and design teams while contributing to a clear, organized framework that supports both learning and taking initiative.

Key Responsibilities
- Support the Commercial Marketing team in delivering multichannel campaigns for events, products, and services.
- Develop and execute email campaigns in Eloqua under the direction of the Commercial Marketing Director/Manager.
- Develop campaign assets including email copy, social media posts, and supporting materials.
- Monitor campaign performance and key metrics.
- Coordinate updates to websites, digital assets, and collateral.
- Assist in monitoring project timelines to ensure that deadlines are met, and coordinate internal reviews effectively.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support campaign needs.
- Assist with additional coordinator-level tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
What you bring to the team:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in an entry-level marketing role; familiarity with commercial/sales marketing is a plus.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with confidence in copywriting and editing.
- High attention to detail with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
- Ability to thrive both independently and collaboratively, moving projects forward while embracing guidance and feedback.
- Skilled at managing multiple projects, meeting deadlines, and communicating updates clearly.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Excel, Teams).
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools, particularly Eloqua.
- Familiarity with project management tools (Asana, MS Planner, Basecamp, Trello, Monday.com, or similar) is a plus.
- Canva experence is a plus.

The salary range for this role is $50,000- $55,000 based on experience.
